# How to Upgrade Your Plan

Upgrading your organization's plan unlocks team features including the Private Knowledge Base, advanced analytics, and the FRA Records compliance dashboard. The Professional plan includes a 14-day free trial.

### Before You Start

You must have the **Administrator** platform role in your organization to upgrade the plan.

### Steps

1. Navigate to **Org Admin** in the left sidebar.
2. Click the **Org Settings** tab.
3. Scroll to the **Upgrade Your Plan** section.
4. Select the plan — **Professional**, **Enterprise**, or **Holding Company**.
5. Choose **Monthly** or **Annual** billing. Annual billing saves 17%.
6. Click the upgrade button on the plan card.
7. Complete payment in the Stripe checkout page that opens.

Once payment is confirmed, your organization's plan upgrades immediately and new features become available to all members.

### Professional Plan Trial

The Professional plan includes a **14-day free trial**. No payment is required upfront — you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

### Downgrading

If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, your organization automatically returns to the Standard tier. Features associated with higher tiers become inaccessible, but your uploaded documents are retained and will be available again if you reactivate.
