# DSLE Compliance Alerts

Railnology monitors DSLE deadlines automatically and displays alerts in the DSLE tab when action is needed.

## Alert Colors

| Color | Meaning                                               |
| ----- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| Green | Due date is more than 30 days away — no action needed |
| Amber | Due date is within 30 days — action required soon     |
| Red   | Due date has passed — overdue                         |

## What Triggers an Alert

* Territory qualification trip due within 30 days or overdue
* Refresher training due within 30 days or overdue

An alert banner appears at the top of the DSLE tab when any DSLE record has an overdue or approaching deadline. Click the DSLE's name to open the detail panel and log the required activity to clear the alert.
