# Logging Compliance Records

Railnology's compliance records system lets your team document safety briefings, operating rule adherence, and compliance events in a structured, auditable format.

### Accessing Compliance Records

Navigate to **RegIntel** in the left sidebar.

### Logging a Safety Briefing

1. In RegIntel, select **Safety Briefings**.
2. Click **New Briefing**.
3. Complete the briefing form — date, attendees, topics covered, and any action items.
4. Save the record.

Saved briefings are stored with a timestamp and the recording user's identity for audit purposes.

### Compliance Calendar

The compliance calendar gives you a time-based view of scheduled and completed compliance events — briefings, inspections, certification renewals, and regulatory deadlines. Navigate to **RegIntel → Compliance Calendar** to access it.
