# Filtering and Reporting

The D\&A Testing module provides real-time statistics and filter controls to help administrators manage their testing program.

## Stats Cards

The header displays four summary cards updated in real time as results are added:

| Card             | What It Shows                                                                       |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Total Records    | All test results on file                                                            |
| Negative         | Results with a negative or dilute-negative outcome                                  |
| Non-Negative     | Positive, adulterated, substituted, or refusal results                              |
| Removal Required | Results where immediate removal was triggered — shown in red when greater than zero |

## Filtering Results

Use the three filter dropdowns to narrow the results table:

* **Crew Member** — show results for one crew member only
* **Test Type** — filter by random, pre-employment, etc.
* **Result** — filter by specific result type

Filters apply immediately — no submit button required.

## Exporting Results

Full export capability is planned for a future release. For immediate reporting needs, use your DISA or WorkforceQA portal's built-in export.
