# Importing Results from DISA or WorkforceQA

Railnology supports bulk CSV import of test results exported from DISA and WorkforceQA portal exports.

## Supported Formats

* **DISA** — standard results export CSV
* **WorkforceQA** — standard results export CSV

## Steps

1. Export your results file from DISA or WorkforceQA as a CSV
2. Navigate to **RegIntel → D\&A Testing**
3. Click **Import CSV**
4. Select your file and click **Upload**
5. Railnology maps the CSV columns to the internal result schema
6. Review the import summary — successful rows and any errors are listed
7. Click **Confirm Import** to save all valid records

## Notes

* Duplicate records (same crew member, same test date, same type) are skipped automatically
* Rows with missing required fields are flagged and excluded from import
* Import history is logged under the administrator's activity
