# Viewing Your Crew Roster on Mobile

**Section:** Section 1 — Getting Started **Reading level:** 5th grade

### What the Crew screen is

The Crew screen shows your organization's crew roster right on your phone. You can see who is available, who is on duty, and whether any certifications are expiring soon.

This is a read-only view. You cannot add, remove, or edit crew members from your phone.

### How to open it

Tap **More** in the bottom navigation bar, then tap **Crew**.

### Expiring certifications

At the top of the screen, the **Expiring Certifications** section lists any crew members whose certifications are due to expire soon, along with which certification is expiring.

If nothing is expiring soon, this section shows a message instead: **No certifications expiring soon.**

### Viewing the crew roster

Below the expiring certifications section, the **Crew** list shows every member of your organization's roster. Each card shows:

* The crew member's name
* Their position (for example, conductor or engineer)
* Their current status, shown with a colored dot (for example, On Duty or Available)

### No organization

If you are using Railnology as an independent user without an organization, the Crew screen shows a message explaining that the crew roster requires an active organization membership.

### Making changes to the crew roster

The mobile Crew screen is read-only. To add, edit, deactivate, or import crew members, an Org Admin must use the desktop platform under **CrewIntel**.
