# Creating Your Account

Creating a Railnology account takes a few minutes. The registration process verifies your email address before your account is activated.

### Steps

1. Go to **railnology.com** and click **Get Started** or **Sign Up**.
2. On the registration page, enter your **first name**, **last name**, and **email address**.
3. Click **Continue**.
4. Railnology sends a one-time verification code to your email. Enter the code on the verification screen.
5. Complete your account setup by entering your password and accepting the legal agreements.
6. Click **Create Account**.

### Legal Agreements

Before your account is created, you are required to read and acknowledge three documents:

* **Privacy Policy** — how Railnology collects and protects your data
* **Terms of Service** — the terms governing your use of the platform
* **End User License Agreement (EULA)** — individual user license terms and AI feature restrictions

Each document must be opened before the acknowledgment is accepted. An orange "Action Required" banner guides you through each step.

### After Registration

Once your account is created you are taken directly into the platform. You can begin using Raillie immediately, set up your profile, and join or create an organization.

> **Note:** Each email address can only be registered once. If you already have a Railnology account, go to railnology.com and click **Sign In**.
