# Setting Up Your Profile

Your Railnology profile establishes your professional identity on the platform and helps Raillie provide more relevant guidance.

### Accessing Your Profile

1. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner.
2. Select the **Profile** tab.

### Profile Fields

* **Rail Domain** — your area of specialization within the railroad industry (e.g. Operations, Engineering, Safety)
* **Years of Experience** — your years of experience in the railroad industry
* **LinkedIn URL** — optional professional profile link
* **Rail Domain Focus** — a more specific description of your operational focus

### Profile Strength

A **Strength** indicator at the top of your account panel shows how complete your profile is. A stronger profile improves Raillie's ability to contextualize answers to your role and experience level.

### Updating Your Profile

1. Edit any field on the Profile tab.
2. Click **Save** to apply your changes.
