# Signing In and Out

### Signing In

1. Go to **railnology.com** and click **Sign In**.
2. Enter your registered email address and password.
3. Click **Sign In**.

If your organization uses multi-factor authentication, you will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email or phone after entering your password.

### Signing Out

1. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click **Sign Out** at the bottom of the account panel.

Railnology clears your session immediately on sign out. Your organization context and language preference are saved and restored on your next sign in.

### Forgot Your Password

1. On the sign in page, click **Forgot Password**.
2. Enter your registered email address and click **Send Reset Link**.
3. Check your email for the password reset link. The link expires after a short period — if it expires, repeat the process.
4. Click the link in the email, enter your new password, and confirm it.

> **Note:** Railnology enforces single-session access. If you sign in on a new device while already signed in elsewhere, you will see a device conflict prompt. Confirm which session to keep.
