# Using the Help Center

The Railnology Help Center is your in-platform resource for guidance on every feature and workflow. Access it from the left navigation under **Help Center**.

### Browsing by Section

The Help Center home screen displays all available sections as tiles. Each tile shows the section name and article count. Click any tile to browse the articles in that section.

### Searching Articles

Use the search bar at the top right to search across all help articles. Enter at least two characters to begin searching. Results show the article title, section, and a content snippet.

If no articles match your search, a **No Results Found** screen appears with a **Contact Support** button.

### Reading an Article

Click any article title to open it. Articles use a breadcrumb trail at the top (Help Center → Section → Article) so you always know where you are. Use the **← Back** button to return to the previous screen.

### Article Feedback

At the bottom of every article, a **Was This Article Helpful?** prompt lets you submit a thumbs up or thumbs down. Your feedback helps Railnology improve help content over time.

### Getting Additional Help

If you cannot find what you need in the Help Center:

* Click **Contact Support** on the no-results screen
* Email <support@railnology.com> directly
