# Granting KB Access to Team Members

On the Professional plan and above, you can invite specific team members to access your organization's Private Knowledge Base. This is separate from their organization membership.

### Steps

1. Navigate to **Org Admin** in the left sidebar.
2. Click the **Members** tab.
3. Scroll to the **Invitations** section.
4. Click **Invite to KB**.
5. Enter the team member's email address and complete the invitation form.
6. Send the invitation.

The team member receives an email invitation to access your organization's Private Knowledge Base. Once accepted, they can select your organization's knowledge base as a source when querying Raillie.

> **Note:** The **Invite to KB** button is available on the Professional plan and above.

> **Note:** Granting KB access does not change a team member's platform role or organization membership status.
