# Reviewing Organization Join Requests

The **Members** tab in your Org Admin dashboard is the central hub for managing who has access to your organization. It combines join request review, invitation management, and user access control in a single view.

### Accessing the Members Tab

1. Navigate to **Org Admin** in the left sidebar.
2. Click the **Members** tab.

### Inviting New Members

At the top of the Members tab, enter a team member's email address, select their role from the dropdown, and click **Invite**. To onboard multiple members at once, click **Import Roster** to use the bulk CSV import flow.

### Reviewing Join Requests

The **Join Requests & Invitations** section shows all incoming access requests organized into three status columns:

* **Pending** — requests awaiting your review
* **Approved** — requests you have accepted
* **Declined** — requests you have denied

Use the search bar or filter dropdown to locate specific requests. Click a request to approve or decline it. Approved requestors are added to your organization immediately. You can update their role from the **Team** tab after approval.

> **Note:** Join requests are only generated when a user finds and requests access to your organization without a prior invitation. If your organization uses invitation-only onboarding, the Pending column will typically be empty.

### Managing Pending Invitations

The **Invitations** section below Join Requests lists all outstanding invitations. Each card shows the invitation type, status, sender, message, and date sent. Use the action buttons on each card to resend or cancel individual invitations.

### User Access Control

The **User Access Control** section at the bottom of the Members tab shows all users associated with your organization across three status categories: **Active**, **Suspended**, and **Pending**. Each member row shows their name, role, status, and available actions.
