# Understanding the Org Admin Dashboard

The Org Admin dashboard is the central hub for managing your organization in Railnology. It is accessible from **Org Admin** in the left sidebar under the Administration section, and is visible only to users with the **Administrator** platform role.

### Overview Tab

The Overview tab gives you an at-a-glance picture of your organization's current state.

**Member summary cards** across the top show Total Members, Active Members, Admin Users, and Compliance Users.

**Organization Details** lists your organization's legal name, display name, subscription tier, database assignment, and KB access level.

**Organization Analytics** provides operational metrics across a configurable date range — Total Members, Documents, Total Queries, and Average queries per day. Below the metrics, **Most Active Members (Last 30 Days)** ranks your team by Raillie usage, and **Upload Activity** shows uploads over the last 30 days against your total upload count.

### FRA Records Tab

The FRA Records tab — labeled **Compliance Records** — covers 49 CFR §228.19 and Parts 240/242. It provides four metric cards: Audit Reports, HOS Records on File, Certification Status, and Active Penalty Exposure. Three action buttons are available: **HOS Records (6180.3)**, **Export Certifications**, and **FRA Audit Simulation**.

The **Overview** sub-tab shows a Regulatory Requirements checklist and a Recent Activity feed. The **Audit Reports** and **Eligibility Log** sub-tabs provide deeper record views.

### KB Health Tab

The KB Health tab shows four summary metrics: Total Documents, Healthy documents, Thin documents (fewer than 5 chunks), and Total Chunks. The **Private Knowledge Base Documents** table lists each document with chunk count, status, last updated date, and a **Delete** link. A **Recent Activity** section logs deletion events and KB changes.

### Who Can Access Org Admin

The Org Admin section is visible only to users with the **Administrator** platform role. If a team member cannot see Org Admin in their sidebar, verify their role assignment in the **Team** tab.

### Platform Admin vs. Org Admin

**Org Admin** manages a single organization. **Platform Admin** manages the entire Railnology platform and is reserved for Railnology's internal team. Org Admins do not have access to Platform Admin tools.

> **Note:** If you manage multiple organizations, use the context switcher in the sidebar to move between organizations. Org Admin always reflects the currently active organization context.
