# RailID Lookup Pricing

RailID lookups are billed per successful retrieval. A retrieval occurs when a railroad administrator views an approved credential snapshot for the first time. Re-opening the same snapshot within the 30-day validity window does not incur additional charges.

## Pricing Tiers

| Monthly Lookups | Price Per Lookup |
| --------------- | ---------------- |
| 1–10            | $15.00           |
| 11–50           | $12.00           |
| 51 or more      | $10.00           |

Pricing is calculated based on the number of successful lookups completed in the current calendar month. Denied requests, expired requests, and re-retrievals of existing snapshots are not charged.

Lookup charges are added to your organization's monthly Railnology invoice. View your lookup history and billing records in **Org Admin → Billing**.
