# Viewing Lookup Activity

Click the **Activity** tab to see every organization that has requested or viewed your RailID record.

## What the Log Shows

Each entry displays:

* Organization name
* Event type: lookup requested, consent approved, or consent denied
* Date of the event

## Notes

* The activity log is append-only — entries cannot be deleted
* If you see an unexpected lookup, review your **Privacy Controls** and consider disabling **Allow Railroad Lookups**
* Lookup activity is only recorded for authenticated railroad-side requests (Phase B feature)
