# Viewing a Verified Credential Snapshot

Once a worker approves your verification request, a **View Record** button appears in the Pending and Recent Requests table.

## Steps

1. Go to **Compliance → RailID Lookup**
2. Find the approved request in the Pending and Recent Requests table
3. Click **View Record**
4. The Verified Credential Snapshot opens showing:
   * Worker name and RailID number
   * Verification tier badge (Railroad Verified or Platform Verified)
   * Approved credential sections (Certifications, Work History, Qualifications)
   * Snapshot date and expiry date
5. Click **Export PDF** to download a print-ready copy of the snapshot

## Important Notes

* The snapshot is valid for 30 days from the approval date
* You can re-open the snapshot at any time during the 30-day window without additional charges
* After the snapshot expires, a new verification request must be submitted
* The snapshot reflects the worker's credentials at the time of approval — it does not update automatically
