# Exporting Your Data

Railnology provides a full personal data export under GDPR Article 15 (Right to Access). The export includes your complete profile, credentials, organization memberships, activity history, and HoS records.

### Requesting a Data Export

1. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner.
2. Navigate to the **Settings** tab.
3. Scroll to **Export My Data**.
4. Click **Download My Data**.

Railnology prepares your export and downloads it to your device.
