# Managing Your Profile

Your Railnology profile establishes your professional identity on the platform. Keeping it current helps Raillie provide more relevant guidance and ensures your organization's records accurately reflect your role and experience.

### Accessing Your Profile

Click your profile avatar in the top right corner and select the **Profile** tab.

### Editable Fields

* **Rail Domain** — your primary area of specialization
* **Years of Experience** — years in the railroad industry
* **LinkedIn URL** — optional professional profile link
* **Rail Domain Focus** — a more specific description of your operational focus

### Profile Strength

The **Strength** indicator at the top of your account shows how complete your profile is as a percentage. A complete profile improves Raillie's ability to contextualize answers to your background.

### Achievements and Badges

Railnology awards badges for platform engagement milestones — such as your first Raillie query, first credential added, and consistent HoS compliance. Earned badges appear on your profile.
